☀️Today we have been busy focusing on☀️

The Earth 🌍 Globe model. Looking at the countries around the globe, identifying the water areas as oceans, seas and lakes and the tiny blue lines inland, as rivers. We looked at where certain animals live like polar bears and kangaroos etc. Children were encouraged to talk about their own cultural backgrounds and experiences such as holidays abroad etc.

We also had a collaborative outing to 'Pets at Home' to see all the wonderful pets and especially the fish 🐟🐠🐟. This is following our theme of Under the Sea 🌊 🌊
